Examples of experience:

In Luton. established a neighbourhood renewal area, training members of the public to build a local strategy and to assess project applications.

This work included the training of staff to refine their community development skills.


Helped several local authorities set up and run EU funded projects building community capacity through accredited training.

Identified a pilot scheme in a probation service and project managed a new training programme for offenders which would help them lead healthier lives, access health services and acquire basic skills. This involved managing sample sessions with offenders and also bringing together commissioning agencies for strategic development across a region.
